Good ideas need people to try them.
The shop is our starting point. These are other ways people could help it grow: class coffee sales, café pledges, referral offers and school-designed labels. Choose an idea to explore or suggest your own.
Start where parents already buy coffee.
Parents tell us what they would buy. One school and an existing café or roaster could agree a small pilot using products already on sale. A clear contribution and proof of payment come first. Our own Ethiopian coffee route and the other ideas can grow from what we learn.
Ideas worth testing.
Open a card to see the route for taking part. A pilot only goes live after a partner, a clear money path and a way to check the result are in place.
Class-to-class coffee
An existing roaster could handle coffee, packing and sales; a class could share a school-approved link or pre-order sheet. A written amount per paid bag would go to books.
Explore this idea ↗The price trail
Ask the cooperative, exporter and roaster for the same lot’s price records. Show each stage in plain language, including what we still cannot verify.
Explore this idea ↗One cent per cup
A café could count eligible cups, report monthly totals and send the agreed amount to a named education partner. Small amounts only matter when the count is honest.
Explore this idea ↗A purchase with a purpose
An existing company could offer a tracked link or code. If a parent makes a purchase, a stated share of the actual sale—not just a click—could support a named school project.
Explore this idea ↗The school-art sticker
A school could lead a short art session. Children choose to draw a coffee leaf, a book or a hope for their community. An adult checks each design before it ever reaches a bag.

Could a local employer match a school drive, sponsor printing or pay for a pilot? Help us work out the money path and what proof a donor should see.
Explore this idea ↗One thoughtful introduction can start a pilot.
We are looking for coffee growers, co-operatives, roasters, cafés, school leaders and people who know how to trace a payment. If you know someone, share an introduction or an idea. Any outreach will be researched, checked and personally approved before it is sent.
